A yummy treat from neighbour for breakfast :) Tong sui (sweet savoury soup) with eggs, snow fungus, pak ko, longan and fu pei (bean curd skin).

For lunch, mom cooked the leftover fish slices and pig tripe with vermicelli, garnished with chinese parsley. A lighter meal for Saturday’s lunch after the steamboat the night before.
